My grandfather once told me that if you earn a living whilst doing something you like, it won't feel like work. I couldn't think of any better way to earn a living than whilst other people were enjoying themselves. That happened on St. Valentine's Day in 2003, when I took over a floundering bar. With vision, passion , and great staff; Sol I Lluna soon became a flourishing hangout with world food, crowd-pleasing playlists and cocktails to suit every palette.
