Overnight Oats Porridge oats are a great source of fibre and the perfect vehicle for a cornucopia of nutritious fruits, nuts and seeds. In winter I am regularly found spurtle-in-hand at breakfast time. Summer calls for a altogether cooler approach to meals. Serves 1 The night before the morning after, put 50g of porridge oats and 350ml of the milk of your choice into a jar cover and refrigerate overnight.
