I moved to Valencia, Spain in 1999, and feel in love with the city and its history and culture - both ancient and modern. The Fallas festival has become a UNESCO, world heritage festival and I have be lucky enough to take part in it on numerous occasions. The festival takes place in March every year, culminating in the burning of the fallas on the 19th. The following day, the streets are clean and it's like nothing ever happened!
